Cat Gets Returned To Shelter For 10th Time — Vet Turns Pale When He Sees It

The staff at Riverside City Animal Shelter arrived on a Monday morning to find a wire crate sitting by the front door. There was no owner in sight, no paperwork, and no name tag on the animal inside.
