Just after ten, headlights swept across the clearing, and three men climbed out. Then bright floodlights blazed on, and officers poured out from every direction.
“Police! Get on the ground now!” a voice boomed across the dark clearing. Within just a few minutes, all three men were in handcuffs on the gravel.
