The conservation facility was a small but well-maintained set of buildings surrounded by tall protective fencing. Helen carefully carried Luna into the main building, where several other staff members had been anxiously waiting. They all gathered around with quiet emotion as Luna was finally placed back in her familiar comfortable home enclosure.
