Daniel squatted and dropped as close to the bottom of the dugout hole as he could. “What is that?” he said as he brushed away some of the soil covering the silvery reflective surface. And the more he cleared, the more Daniel’s eyes grew larger. Because he suddenly realized what his shovel was struggling to get past.
