Things were getting out of hand. The pallets now formed thick walls around Daniel’s garden, blocking the view from Alex and Linda’s kitchen window. Alex tried to look over the fence but couldn’t see anything except more wooden stacks at least 5 feet high about their fencing, making it feel like their neighbor had built a fortress.
