They rounded a bend and stopped short instantly. “What the hell is that?” They both called out. Blocking the entire width of the tunnel was a strange, bulbous mass.
The mass was greenish-yellow and shiny, clustered together like a giant batch of grapes. Mike had never seen anything like it before.
