Mark stood completely still on the edge of his lawn, watching the strange orange and blue fox from a distance. The animal looked thin and tired, with patches of dirt clinging to its bright blue coat. It was clearly exhausted, and it did not seem to notice Mark standing not when as he closed the distance between them.
